Dennis S. Norton is the proud owner of Better Homes & Gardens (BHG) Southern Branch. He is passionate about all thing’s real estate and most importantly, the lifestyle brand that is BHG and its commitment to our core values of Passion, Authenticity, Inclusion, Growth, and Excellence.
Dennis has over 20 years of real estate experience throughout a spectrum including property management, maintenance, sales, and acquisition. He has over 22 years of military service – serving in both the Air Force and the Army. A 16-year marriage and the blessing of 3 children coupled with an MBA help to round out the unique breadth that Dennis possesses. These experiences and accomplishments enhance and complement his ability to foster a full-service, one-stop shop focusing on helping all achieve the dream of home ownership with a spotlight on investor and mentorship opportunities. Significant experience in rehab and property repositioning gives Dennis and BHG a leg up on the competition and sets BHG apart.
Though highly qualified, a commitment to stewardship and collaborative/team effort is at the core of BHGs vision and mission. Dennis enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, riding ATVs, and spending quality time with friends and family. Always growing and striving for evolution, Dennis navigates the aforementioned with a strong belief in moderation, not deprivation!
